A.K. STROTZ + ASSOCIATES was established in Tiburon in 1976 by August K.
Strotz, AIA, former managing partner of a large architectural firm in San
Francisco. Over the past years, the firm has provided professional
architectural, space planning and interior design services to medical,
commercial, banking, legal, hospitality, residential and industrial clients
throughout the Bay Area.
Our approach to design is to work sensitively with the client to
incorporate the client's functional, financial and aesthetic concerns into
the initial design concept. It is this sensitivity to the needs of the
client that allows us to find resourceful solutions responsive to the unique
requirements of each project.
From project inception to completion, A.K. STROTZ + ASSOCIATES provides a
well-monitored, cost-conscious and focused design effort. We can work with
your established corporate standards, or develop standards for your specific
functional needs. Our expertise goes beyond traditional services into areas
such as corporate relocation planning, evaluation of existing facilities,
long range developmental planning and pre-lease building evaluations.
